Here's what I've been up to recently.
Four years ago I started taking pictures at first ever Austin Mic Exchange. AMX provided aspiring rappers with a free stage to perform, and I was able to give them free photos to promote themselves. Over the years these guys have created a tight-knit community that supports, nurtures, and celebrates all things hip-hop in Austin. The other night I went to AMX's 4th Birthday, partied with some old friends, and grabbed a few shots of some OGs. It was so great to see everyone! HB AMX!
I simply love this band and everything they do. I only took a few photos because I couldn't stop watching the show.
I am so grateful to have seen Brian Wilson and his wonderful band performing Pet Sounds in celebration of its 50th Anniversary this past weekend. And I am OVERJOYED to share my images of this incomparable experience with you guys!

Fat Tony is one my favorite shows to catch in town and I'm so glad I got to grab some shots of him performing last night! Also, I'd never heard of Antwon before but he was weird, and pretty dope, and knew how to throw a good party. Great night!

Another challenging show. Harsh red spots on the whole time so I had to improvise some!
This show was pretty dark and a real challenge to shoot with the X100s but I am still pretty happy with the results and my own versatility.
